Sar Dard (Headache) ka Desi Ilaaj ke 10 Gharelu Nushkhe :-

  1. Ginger (अदरक) – Jaisa ki aap sabhi log jaante hai ki Adrak ke anek fayde hai. Ye pachan shakti bhi badhata hai. Lekin ye aapko Sar ke Dard se nijaat pane me bhi madad karega. Aap chahe toh Adrak wali Chai (Tea) le sakte hai. Nahi to aap barabar matra mein Adrak or Neembu (नींबू) ka Ras milakar pee sakte hai. Aap is juice ko Din me ek ya Do baar bhi le sakte hai. Aap ek Chammach (Spoon) Adrak powder ko Do chammach Paani mein milkar us paste ko apne Sar par kuch der ke lie bhi laga sakte hai isse aapko turant araam milega.
  2. Peppermint Oil (पुदीने का तेल) – Pudine ke tel mein menthol hota hai, jo aapke body me blood circulation (रक्त संचार) niyamit rakhta hai. Aap 3 boond (Drops) Pudine ke tel ki ek chammach badaam ke tel ke sath milaye or isme thoda sa water bhi milaye or apne Sar me massage kar le. Ek tarika or hai ki aap pudine ke patto ko pees kar apne Sar par lagaye.
  3. Lavender Oil (लैवेंडर का तेल) – Na sirf Lavender mein achi khusboo hoti hai balki iska Sar Dard hone par bhi istemal kia jata hai. Aap ko sirf karna itna hai ki Lavender ki khusboo le or Sar Dard se chutkara paye ya fir aap do boond lavender ke tel ki boil water me daale or uski bhaap le isse aapko turant faayda milega.
  4. Cinnamon (दालचीनी) – DaalCheeni ek bohot ki asardar spice hai Sar ke Dard ko theek karne mein. Aapko karna ye hai ki DaalCheeni ko pees kar powder bana le or fir thoda sa paani milakar iska Thick Paste (गाढ़ा पेस्ट) bana le or apne Sar par Lagaye Aadhe ghante baad ise Gun gune pani (Warm water) se dho le.
  5. Thyme (अजवायन के फ़ूल) – Kuch boond Thyme ya Rosemary ki le or apne Sar par massage kare or kuch der shaant bethe or is gharelu nushkhe ko kaam karne de or fir aapka Sar dard gayab ho jayega.
  6. Basic Stretches – Kich asaan exercise Sar or gardan ko ghumane wali aapke Sar Dard ko kam kar sakti hai. Aap apni chin ko daye se baye fir baye se daye or uper niche ghumaye or aap apni gardan ko bhi clockwise or anti clockwise ghumaye jisse aapke shoulder or neck ki muscles ko araam milega.

  9. Basil (तुलसी) – Tulsi to hum sabhi ke ghar me hoti hai or hum sabhi jaante hai iske anek fayde hai. Aap 3-4 patte tulsi ke le or use paani mein daalkr ubaal le (Boil) or isme thoda sa honey (शहद) milaye or pee le. Or aap kuch tulsi ke taaze patte bhi kha sakte hai.
  10. Apple (सेब) – ‘An Apple a Day, Keeps the Doctor Away‘ aap sabhi ne to ye kahawat suni hi hogi or ye sach bhi hai. Agar aap sokar uthe hai or aapka Sar Dard kar raha hai to aap ek Apple ko Salt milakar kha le fir iske baad warm water (गुन गुना पानी) pi le.
